Student Counselling Volunteer Application Form

Use this form if you are a student wishing to volunteer for counselling. This is used for a counsellor who is not yet qualified and will still be in education.

Counsellor Volunteer Application Form

Use this form to apply to become a Volunteer Counsellor. This form is used for anyone who has completed their qualifications to practice as a counsellor.

Trustee Application Form

Use this form to apply to become a Trustee with One to One.
