This inspiring and successful Mental Health Charity has been at the heart of skilled and supportive mental health care in west Norfolk for over thirty-four years. We are a non-statutory organisation offering counselling, mentoring and group work support to adults in West Norfolk. The post holder will assist the Project manager with efficient daily running of the Project, carrying out clinical assessments, allocating and supervising volunteers, liaising with referrals agencies, preparing grant applications. At least 2 years experience working in counselling, mental health or social working is essential. excellent management, administrative and interpersonal skills are needed together with creative enthusiasm and a commitment to working respectfully with adults in the volunteer sector.

Volunteer Treasurer/Trustee
The individual will join the One to One Project’s Board of Trustees and become the charity’s treasurer. The current Board is relatively small and comprises both clinically and non-clinically trained individuals. The role will require focus on end of year accounts, bookkeeping, payroll, staff pensions and financial projections as well as contributing to the overall smooth running of the project alongside colleagues on the Board.
Trustees meet on a monthly basis and the role holder will be encouraged to attend as many meetings as possible to become an integral part of the team.

Volunteer Minute Taker
The volunteer minute taker will have excellent administration skills and word processing skills. They must be available to attend monthly meetings, usually on a Thursday evening, with a board of four trustees.
Also attendance to an annual general meeting.
